KRT13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,838 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are PADI1, KRT78, and NCCRP1. Each is linked with KRT13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT13-to-partner and partner-to-KRT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT13 versus PADI1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
