KRT13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Annexin-1, and JNK2. Each is linked with KRT13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT13-to-partner and partner-to-KRT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by KRT13-low versus KRT13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
