Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT125P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT125P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher KRT125P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT125P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THCA, KIRC, and COAD are the cancer types where KRT125P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
