KRT12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,918 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L5, MIR4659A, and NF1P10. Each is linked with KRT12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT12-to-partner and partner-to-KRT12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
