KRT10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,938 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT17, KXD1, and APOO. Each is linked with KRT10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT10-to-partner and partner-to-KRT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
