KRT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,001 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, ECM1, and GUCY1A1. Each is linked with KRT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT1-to-partner and partner-to-KRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT1 versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
