KRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, 4E-BP1, and MIG-6. Each is linked with KRT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT1-to-partner and partner-to-KRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by KRT1-low versus KRT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
