KRI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,992 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, MRPL4, and NOP16. Each is linked with KRI1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRI1-to-partner and partner-to-KRI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRI1 versus ASF1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
