KRI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF19BPY, RNA5SP90, and RNY1P2. Each is linked with KRI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRI1-to-partner and partner-to-KRI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF19BPY grouped by KRI1-low versus KRI1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
