KRI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,028 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF701, ZNF468, and SUSD3. Each is linked with KRI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRI1-to-partner and partner-to-KRI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRI1 versus ZNF701 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
