KRI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A24, FRMPD1, and ELOA3CP. Each is linked with KRI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRI1-to-partner and partner-to-KRI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A24 grouped by KRI1-low versus KRI1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
