Across TCGA cell cohorts, KREMEN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,502 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KREMEN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA transcription, Positive regulation of fibrinolysis, and Positive regulation of hemostasis. Each is linked with KREMEN2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KREMEN2-to-partner and partner-to-KREMEN2 results are reported.
