KRCC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,021 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRCC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRCC1_S183, HNMT, and PLCG1. Each is linked with KRCC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-KRCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRCC1 versus KRCC1_S183 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
