Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,419 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB2, RHBDF1, and NAPRT. Each is linked with KRCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-KRCC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRCC1 versus EFCAB2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
