KRBOX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRBOX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,706 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRBOX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HUWE1, RAD21, and RAI14. Each is linked with KRBOX4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRBOX4-to-partner and partner-to-KRBOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRBOX4 versus HUWE1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRBOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRBOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
