KRBA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRBA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,469 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRBA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, PTK2B, and TCEAL1. Each is linked with KRBA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRBA2-to-partner and partner-to-KRBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
