Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRBA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,380 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR549A, RNA5SP223, and RN7SL794P. Each is linked with KRBA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRBA2-to-partner and partner-to-KRBA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
