KRBA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRBA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,564 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX17, WBP1, and TIA1. Each is linked with KRBA2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRBA2-to-partner and partner-to-KRBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
