Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,545 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KPNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2Z, POLE2, and HROB. Each is linked with KPNB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KPNB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KPNB1 versus UBE2Z in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
