KPNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,227 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP23, SAR1B, and OR8B1P. Each is linked with KPNB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KPNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP23 grouped by KPNB1-low versus KPNB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
