Across TCGA cell cohorts, KPNB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,392 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Nuclear transport, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with KPNB1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KPNB1 results are reported.
