KPNA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,603 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB30, SH2D3A, and LLGL2. Each is linked with KPNA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA7-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
