KPNA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KPNA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,541 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are INAVA, SPINT1, and CLDN4. Each is linked with KPNA7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA7-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
