KPNA4P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,590 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA4P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR8, FTX, and BBX. Each is linked with KPNA4P1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA4P1-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA4P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA4P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA4P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
