Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KPNA4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KPNA4 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher KPNA4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KPNA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

THYM, LIHC, and KIRP are the cancer types where KPNA4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
