KPNA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,739 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, GMPS, and NCAPG. Each is linked with KPNA4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA4-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
