KPNA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,728 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CEACAM3, and TNFRSF10C. Each is linked with KPNA4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA4-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
