KPNA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ASNS, and 4E-BP1_pT37_T46. Each is linked with KPNA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA3-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by KPNA3-low versus KPNA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
