Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,066 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1315P, MTCO1P51, and HMGN1P20. Each is linked with KPNA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA2-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA2 results are reported.
