KPNA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, EGFR_pY1068, and ERK2. Each is linked with KPNA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA2-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by KPNA2-low versus KPNA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
