KNTC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNTC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, 4E-BP1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KNTC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNTC1-to-partner and partner-to-KNTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
