KNL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KNL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 808 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP10L3, PSKH2, and SSX3. Each is linked with KNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNL1-to-partner and partner-to-KNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP10L3 grouped by KNL1-low versus KNL1-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
