KNDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KNDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 415 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS1, MAK16, and NKX2-8. Each is linked with KNDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNDC1-to-partner and partner-to-KNDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAUS1 grouped by KNDC1-low versus KNDC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
