Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KMT5AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KMT5AP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher KMT5AP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KMT5AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, ACC, and KICH are the cancer types where KMT5AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
