KMT2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, GAPDH, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with KMT2D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2D-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by KMT2D-low versus KMT2D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
