Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with KLRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRF1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by KLRF1-low versus KLRF1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
