KLRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, PCNT, and LRR1. Each is linked with KLRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRD1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 grouped by KLRD1-low versus KLRD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
