KLRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,973 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABARAPL1, CCDC27, and CPEB3. Each is linked with KLRD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRD1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLRD1 versus GABARAPL1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
