Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with KLRC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLRC2 results are reported.
