Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLRC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,547 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to lectin, Cellular response to lectin, and Stimulatory C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with KLRC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLRC2 results are reported.
