KLRC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,607 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, CASP1, and DOCK2. Each is linked with KLRC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRC1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLRC1 versus LCP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
