KLRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, TFRC, and BRD4. Each is linked with KLRC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRC1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by KLRC1-low versus KLRC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
