KLRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP167, RNU5E-9P, and CYCSP26. Each is linked with KLRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRB1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP167 grouped by KLRB1-low versus KLRB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
