KLKB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLKB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLKB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETFA, NOP10, and MIR626. Each is linked with KLKB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLKB1-to-partner and partner-to-KLKB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETFA grouped by KLKB1-low versus KLKB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLKB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLKB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
