KLKB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLKB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLKB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCHR2, LYPD4, and OR8B12. Each is linked with KLKB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLKB1-to-partner and partner-to-KLKB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCHR2 grouped by KLKB1-low versus KLKB1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLKB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLKB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
