KLK8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLK8 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,198 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP53, MYO3A, and ASH2L. Each is linked with KLK8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK8-to-partner and partner-to-KLK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOP53 grouped by KLK8-low versus KLK8-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
