KLK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,499 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK6, KLK5, and KLK10. Each is linked with KLK7 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK7-to-partner and partner-to-KLK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLK7 versus KLK6 in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
