KLK7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,501 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT23, KLK8, and ALDH3B2. Each is linked with KLK7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK7-to-partner and partner-to-KLK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLK7 versus KRT23 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
