Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL666P, RN7SL148P, and MBD3L2. Each is linked with KLK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK7-to-partner and partner-to-KLK7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL666P grouped by KLK7-low versus KLK7-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
