Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,007 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antimicrobial peptide production, Antimicrobial peptide biosynthetic process, and Antibacterial peptide production. Each is linked with KLK7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK7-to-partner and partner-to-KLK7 results are reported.
